Mikel has been working in children's and youth ministry since 2015. He started in camp ministry and joined Element's team in 2023. You will occasionally find him teaching from the stage on Sunday morning, but he prefers to teach the kids.
Mikel also hosts "Small Town Big God", which is a podcast about how God is doing some amazing things right here in Rutherford County.
