E-students exists to build students AND families whose lives are both reproducible and reproducing.  Studies have shown that the most influential people in teenagers' lives are their parents and friends and at e-students we try to combine these two to have the greatest impact we can on the community around us. We have community groups that meet throughout the week where families of the youth get together and go through the disciple cycle together.

We use the 4 core values of Element to try and saturate lostness in Rutherford County on our Wednesday night gatherings. The first Wednesday of the month we have our Connect events. That Wednesday we fellowship and build relationships while enjoying the company of other people. The second Wednesday of each month we have our Catalytic church style meeting! We get together and talk about what is working in our community groups and what we can do to better glorify God. The third Wednesday of each month we have our Celebrate event! This is our monthly Unite service that we get together with other churches in the county and worship together. This is from 6:45pm-8:00pm every month. The fourth Wednesday of each month we have our Care event. These Wednesday's we get out and do servant evangelism projects that show the county that we love them!
