Ministry :  The c3 at the end of our web address is based off our threefold core experience model or celebrating, connecting, and caring.  Through being involved in ministries at Element, you as an individual are able to fulfill all three of those c’s.

  • Celebrating and Caring through volunteering: Much of what happens at Element is thanks to the time and energy of our invaluable volunteers.  We believe that by volunteering your time and energy, your service is an act of worship and ministry to the church and those who attend here.  You can serve in a variety of ways, including:
      • Weekidz
      • E-kidz
      • E-students
      • Parking
      • Hospitality
      • Production
      • Greeting
      • Set-up
      • Connection Group Leader
  • Connection Groups:  One of the three c’s that Element attempts to embody is to connect.  We believe that connecting with others in the church is important to individual growth and will help develop community within the church.  One major way we connect at Element is through Connection Groups.  There are three types of Connection Groups:
      • Disciple Cycle Groups:  These are our newest groups at Element, and consist of a weekly time of Bible study, discipleship, and accountability.  Those who join the group are, after a time, encouraged to disciple others through forming a Disciple Cycle group of their own.
      • Growth Groups:  These groups also emphasize Bible study and discipleship combined with fellowship.  They are typically groups of 10-20 people and meet during the week.  They cover spiritual topics, ranging from marriage, men’s and women’s issues, to finances.
      • Activity Groups are centered on fellowship and connecting through a shared interest or activity.  These groups can involve a single meeting, such as a cooking class or hiking, or they can be more continuous, such as our P90X/B90X group, where participants work out and then discuss Bible readings.

You can find out more or sign up for one of these groups by visiting the Next Step Table or contacting the church office at office@elementc3.com or by calling 828-245-7766.

  • Other Ministries of Element include our Element Riders Motorcyclists, mission trips, and our Be the Church Sundays.  For more information on these, call the church office at 828-245-7766 or e-mail us at office@elementc3.com
